This piece is visual interpretation of one of my favorite poems, "Nothing Gold Can Stay" by Robert Frost. Carpe diem, momento mori, this too shall pass, however you prefer to phrase it the lesson is the same. LIVE, and live for today. Step outside of yourself and in relish in life's beautiful moments, reflect on the darker ones, and remember that time is fleeting.

nature's first green

is gold

her hardest hue to

hold

her early leaf's a flower

but only so an hour

then leaf subsides to leaf
